Axe Compute Inc. (NASDAQ: AGPU) announced on July 27th that it has signed a five-year dedicated AI infrastructure contract with a client, valued at over $1.5 billion. This contract involves the deployment of approximately 9,200 NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPU clusters in the United States, bringing the company's total signed contracts for 2026 to over $3 billion. The company anticipates receiving over $534 million in customer prepayments within the next 30 days, covering the majority of the GPU and infrastructure capital expenditures. Annualized recurring revenue (ARR) is expected to increase to approximately $696 million after the clusters are fully operational, nearly doubling the previously disclosed $385 million. This cluster is designed for single-tenant architecture, catering to high-intensity production-grade AI workloads such as real-time inference and continuous fine-tuning, and will be designed, deployed, and self-operated by Axe Compute.
