Cantor to Assist Swiss Crypto Bank AMINA in Reverse Takeover for Growth Capital

en
On July 27, according to CoinDesk, Swiss crypto bank AMINA is collaborating with Wall Street institution Cantor to explore a path to the capital markets. AMINA had previously considered a SPAC merger but is now leaning towards a reverse takeover by acquiring a Digital Asset Treasury company for a public listing, though no final decision has been made. A company spokesperson stated that the current priority is to introduce strategic growth capital, with an IPO being a potential subsequent option. The company is not currently in discussions with any SPACs or DATs. AMINA, formerly SEBA Bank, is regulated by FINMA in Switzerland and offers crypto trading, custody, staking, and lending services. Its business has expanded to Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and India. As of the end of 2025, its Tier 1 capital was CHF 74.6 million, and it has raised approximately $245 million in cumulative financing.
