bbg.fm is a 24/7 AI-narrated live radio platform that converts breaking blockchain and cryptocurrency news into audio streams. The Service is available through our website and CLI application.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You agree not to:

• --Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• --Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• --Redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly perform the audio streams without authorization
• --Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• --Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and software -- are the property of bbg.fm and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bbg.fm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
