UK AI real estate aggregator Dwelly completes $170 million in financing

On July 28, according to Bloomberg, UK AI property aggregator Dwelly has completed a $170 million funding round to acquire more property rental service companies and apply AI technology to its operations.
The funding round was led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst, including $95 million in equity financing and a $75 million debt facility provided by Trinity Capital. Dwelly did not disclose its valuation.
Founded in 2023, Dwelly has acquired 17 companies in the UK and provides AI software services for maintenance, contracts, and other aspects for approximately 15,000 properties. Its existing investors include S16VC, Begin Capital, and Philipp Freise, co-head of European private equity at KKR (investing in a personal capacity).
