Refund Policy

At bbg.fm, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. Renewal charges are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the billing date.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us with your account email and the reason for your request.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• --Subscriptions active for more than 14 days (initial) or 7 days (renewal)
• --Partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions
• --Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and order details. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5--10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
