Analysts: Bitcoin Exchange Inflows Near Multi-Year Lows, Net Flow Remains Neutral
en
July 29th News, CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler Jr. stated that Bitcoin is currently trading around $64,000, with weak prices but exchange flows not confirming sell-offs. The 30-day average inflow of BTC is approximately 60,000 coins, close to the historical low of 58,300 coins, a decrease of about 25% compared to a year ago. Net flow (inflow minus outflow) is around -1,300 coins, close to zero, with neither large-scale withdrawals nor supply accumulation occurring.
The analyst pointed out that increased selling pressure requires increased inflow and a sustained positive net flow; supply tightening requires a sustained negative net flow and a significant decrease in BTC on exchanges. Neither of these situations is currently occurring, indicating a neutral market state. Low inflow itself is not a bullish signal, as it can be offset by outflows. If inflows rise and net flow turns positive, it would indicate increased selling pressure.
