Survey: Over 40% of ChatGPT requests involve cross-occupational tasks

OpenAI's latest research shows that employees are using ChatGPT to complete tasks typically handled by professionals. After excluding general tasks like writing emails and scheduling meetings, the study found that approximately 44% of job-related ChatGPT requests involve work tasks that usually fall within cross-occupational domains. OpenAI Chief Economist Ronnie Chatterjee stated, "The boundaries between different professions may have already begun to become more fluid due to the impact of artificial intelligence."
