Interloom raises $16.5 million to empower AI agents by capturing tacit knowledge within enterprises through "contextual mapping".

On March 23, according to Fortune, German startup Interloom announced the completion of a new $16.5 million funding round, led by DN Capital, with participation from Bek Ventures and existing shareholder Air Street Capital. Interloom constructs a "context graph" by reading operational data such as enterprise work orders, customer service emails, and call logs to capture undocumented tacit business knowledge, providing decision-making references for AI agents and new employees. The product has already been implemented in large enterprises such as Commerzbank, Volkswagen, and Zurich Insurance for customer service and underwriting scenarios, and is used to measure and manage the actual execution processes and effectiveness of AI agents within the enterprise.
