On July 28, according to Jinshi, Core Scientific and AMD announced a leasing agreement for infrastructure. AMD will receive warrants to purchase Core Scientific stock at market price. Through the cooperation, AMD will gain over 500 megawatts of computing power in the United States, with the ability to expand the computing power scale to 2.5 gigawatts in related transactions.
