Digital asset service company Keyrock completes Series C financing led by SC Ventures, valued at $1.1 billion

March 31st, according to CoinDesk, Belgian digital asset service company Keyrock has completed its Series C funding round led by SC Ventures, the venture capital arm of Standard Chartered Bank, with a valuation of $1.1 billion. Ripple participated as an existing investor. This funding round is still open and aims to raise up to $100 million. The new funds will be used to strengthen the balance sheet, expand service offerings, and pursue acquisition opportunities.
Founded in 2017, Keyrock provides market-making, asset management, over-the-counter trading, and options services, operating across more than 80 centralized and decentralized trading platforms with over 200 employees globally. The company expanded its asset and wealth management business last September through the acquisition of Turing Capital.
