On March 23, the ARFC proposal to activate Aave V4 on the Ethereum mainnet has been approved, according to the Aave governance page. The proposal suggests a modular architecture that combines a Liquidity Hub with Spokes, integrating shared liquidity with lending environments that offer different levels of risk isolation. Initially, security will be the top priority, featuring conservative risk control parameters and a limited selection of assets. The Core, Prime, and Plus Hubs will cater to mainstream collateral, blue-chip positions, and Ethena-related stablecoin strategies, respectively, supporting assets like wETH, wBTC, cbBTC, USDT, USDC, GHO, EURC, USDe, and sUSDe.
