Hong Kong-listed company Bit Metaverse: Hu Mingdai resigns as executive director, Tian Jia takes over

March 30th News: Hong Kong-listed company Bit Metaverse (08645.HK) announced executive changes, stating that Hu Mingdai has resigned as an executive director and will concurrently serve as the Group's Director of Administrative Affairs, responsible for the Group's administrative policies and compliance management. Tian Jia has been appointed as an executive director with an annual salary of HK$240,000 for a three-year term. The announcement shows that Tian Jia has approximately 15 years of experience in software engineering and virtual asset investment. He has been a shareholder of iFinex, Inc. since 2016 and has previously worked at Baidu, Alibaba, ZhenFund, and Antpool. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer of the decentralized AI agent network project Pyra.io.
