Cardano Founder Criticizes Section 604 of the CLARITY Act for Potentially Hindering Open-Source Innovation

He pointed out that after developers release open-source software, even if someone subsequently misuses the code without permission, the developer could still be "permanently held accountable," which he claims would pose a serious threat to the open-source innovation environment.
