SpaceX's IPO prospectus lists Musk as one of the risk factors

en
SpaceX listed Elon Musk as a significant risk factor in its IPO filing, according to The Verge. The filing indicates the company is "highly dependent" on Musk's leadership, and that his other companies, including Tesla, xAI, X, The Boring Company, and Neuralink, have overlapping or potentially competing technologies and businesses with SpaceX. The prospectus mentions that Tesla holds approximately 19 million SpaceX Class A common shares and previously converted its xAI shares into SpaceX shares. SpaceX is also purchasing approximately $131 million worth of Cybertrucks from Tesla at MSRP and uses Tesla Megapack energy storage products to provide stable power for its Memphis data center.
