On May 13, David Sacks posted that the U.S. Senate Banking Committee will review (markup) the "Digital Asset Market Clarity Act" tomorrow, viewing it as an important step towards making the U.S. the "global crypto capital." He stated that the bill was spearheaded by Senate Banking Committee Chairman Tim Scott and that the bipartisan compromise text was formed with the participation of Patrick Witt, the White House's lead for crypto affairs, and relevant staff.
