SpaceX's prospectus is reportedly set to be disclosed as early as next week.

According to a report by CNB, citing sources, SpaceX plans to publicly file its IPO prospectus as early as next week. SpaceX aims to launch its roadshow on June 8, officially presenting the deal to investors. Regulations require relevant documents to be disclosed at least 15 calendar days before the roadshow begins, but SpaceX and its advisors hope to disclose them earlier to give investors more time to digest the financial data. Following SpaceX's merger with Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI in February, this IPO is expected to be the largest in history, with the merged entity valued at $1.25 trillion. Previous reports indicated that the company aims to raise approximately $70 billion to $75 billion in its IPO, more than double the record IPO size set by Saudi Aramco in 2019. Due to the unprecedented scale of this stock offering, SpaceX's advisory team is seeking special sales channels, particularly targeting retail investors outside the United States who are believed to have longer holding periods. They are reportedly engaging with brokers in countries such as the UK, Japan, and Canada to secure allocations for their clients.
