Nvidia Releases World's First Open Full-Modal Physical AI Model, Cosmos 3

On June 4, at the 2026 GTC conference in Taipei, China, NVIDIA officially announced a major product – NVIDIA Cosmos 3. This open-world foundation model for physical AI, with its new hybrid Transformer architecture, integrates three core capabilities: visual reasoning, world generation, and motion prediction, becoming the world's first fully open, multimodal physical AI model. At the same time, NVIDIA has taken the lead in establishing the Global Developer Collaboration Alliance, officially forming the physical AI ecosystem camp, signaling the accelerated arrival of the era of large-scale implementation of physical AI. NVIDIA also unveiled a major ecosystem move by officially establishing the NVIDIA Cosmos Coalition Global Collaboration Alliance, bringing together top world model research and development teams and AI developers worldwide to jointly promote the technological iteration and widespread adoption of next-generation open-world models.
