Animoca Brands announced Shaun Kraft as CFO and Brian Chan as CDO

Animoca Brands announced key executive appointments. Shaun Kraft will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) starting June 11, 2026. Brian Chan has been promoted from Deputy Chief Operating Officer to Chief Development Officer (CDO) and has joined the Animoca Brands Executive Committee. Additionally, Chief Commercial Officer Alan Lau will transition to Chairman of GROW Digital Wealth, and Chief Financial Officer Jared Shaw will move into a Strategic Advisor role.
