Fairshake Associated Super PAC Ramps Up Spending in Maryland Democratic Primary

On June 2nd, according to Eleanor Terrett, Protect Progress, associated with Fairshake, has invested approximately $3.1 million in Maryland's 5th Congressional District to run campaign ads for state representative candidate Adrian Boafo. The latest poll commissioned by Fairshake from Clarity Campaign Labs shows Boafo leading among Democratic primary candidates with 17% support, a significant increase from 3% and 10% in earlier surveys at the beginning of the year and mid-April, respectively. Boafo currently enjoys approximately 40% favorability among voters and has the support of Senator Angela Alsobrooks and Governor Wes Moore.
